As parents, educators, and Christians, we believe that our faith should shape everything we do.  Our love for the Savior isn't limited to an hour on Sundays, nor is saving faith instructed only in Religion class.  Instead, our students are taught to incorporate their faith in every subject and life situation, both within and outside of school.  In addition, our staff takes great care to select curriculum that meets or exceeds standards, as well as that which does not conflict with our Christian beliefs.

We are extremely passionate about preparing our students to become adept and efficient 21st century learners.  By the time our students complete our eighth grade, we have striven to equip them to become highly competent and extremely skillful in regards to integrating technology into their everyday learning.

St. Matthew Lutheran School was established in 1957 by the members of St. Matthew Lutheran Church who strongly believed in and supported Christian education.  Over fifty years later, St. Matthew continues to provide strong spiritual beliefs and academics that are not available at other schools.
